Who it is for
Maintenance and operations leaders in mining, manufacturing, energy and logistics, at sites in Australia and internationally, who want a regular outside review of asset performance between site visits. It suits sites that have had a Reliability Diagnostic or Remote Root Cause Analysis and want the actions tracked month by month.
Price and terms up front
- Published price: USD 4,000 per month. Minimum term: 3 months.
- Priced on outputs: each month you get a data review, a bad-actor list, a video session and email support. The contract doesn’t count hours.
- No site visit required. Add on-site days only if you need them (USD 2,880 per day plus travel at cost).
What’s included each month
| Item | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Data review | Review of your failure and downtime records and maintenance KPI data |
| Bad-actor tracking | The assets causing the most failures or downtime, tracked month to month, with failure patterns, PM effectiveness and MTBF/MTTR trends |
| Video session | One 1-hour session per month with your maintenance, operations and engineering staff |
| RCA and advice support by email | Advice and a quick review of a failure, such as helping identify the likely cause, reviewing your own RCA and suggesting next steps, up to about 2 hours a month |
| Monthly review | A 1-hour video call each month to go through the KPI summary and action list |
Measures: availability, MTBF and MTTR are reported only on agreed definitions and credible data. Where records fall short, the gap is reported.

- Between sessions: RCA and technical advice by email, with a response within 2 business days.
