Who it is for
Sites that already collect condition-monitoring data, in-house or through a contractor, and want an independent monthly review of it. Covers mining, manufacturing, energy and logistics sites in Australia and internationally.
Your existing data, any vendor
- Uses the data you already have: we review the vibration, oil analysis and thermography reports you already receive, whether from your own technicians, a contractor or a lab. You don’t buy hardware, software or a platform. Any format works, including CSV exports and PDF reports from your condition-monitoring software.
- Independent of the equipment supplier: recommendations aren’t tied to any equipment or sensor vendor.
- Published price: USD 1,500 per site per month, 6-month minimum.

How it runs
- Set-up: agree the asset list and the CM technologies for each site. Any export format works, such as CSV or PDF.
- Monthly: you upload reports and exports to a client-approved file share.
- Review and exception report issued within 5 business days of receiving your data.
- Quarterly: review call.

- Condition-monitoring reports and exports from your existing programme
- Asset register and criticality for the monitored assets
- A site contact
What isn’t included
- Supplying sensors, collecting route data or taking oil samples. The service reviews data you already have
- Real-time or alarm monitoring and emergency response
- On-site testing or data collection. The service is remote diagnosis and advice only
- Laboratory analysis, invasive inspection or testing, and repairs
- Full RCA of a failure. That’s the separate Remote Root Cause Analysis (USD 4,500 per failure event, excluding GST and local taxes)
Price and terms
USD 1,500 per month per site, excluding GST and local taxes, 6-month minimum.
Billed monthly in advance. A site is one physical location under one CMMS. After the 6-month minimum, either party can cancel with 30 days’ notice.
Who delivers it
Norm Rodgers, Master of Engineering (Asset Management), University of Wollongong. Started as a fitter and machinist. He has worked in gold processing, coal, iron ore, steelmaking and copper, including recurring mill gearbox bearing failures at a Philippines gold processing operation. 35+ years in asset reliability and maintenance.
